Benjamin Franklin

Franklin began his career as an apprentice in his older brother's printing shop, but he eventually became a successful printer and publisher in his own right.
He founded the Pennsylvania Gazette, a newspaper that became one of the most widely read publications in the American colonies.
Franklin also established a successful printing business, which printed books, pamphlets, and other materials for the colonial government and other clients.
In addition to his printing business, Franklin was involved in various other entrepreneurial ventures, including a postal service, a fire insurance company, and a hospital.
